Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard and express shipping are free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days in total; express takes 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by product, destination, and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. JiangHome ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take a little time to activate after the carrier receives your package.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved eligible returns include free return shipping and no restocking fees.
How do I start a return?
Email alexluthur8@gmail.com with your order number, the product, and the reason for the return. Please wait for our return instructions and prepaid arrangement before sending anything back.
When will I get my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post it.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. For approved claims, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How do I make sure a product fits my space?
Check the dimensions, materials, and specifications on the product page, and measure your space before ordering. Colors may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen.
