Welcome to JiangHome. These terms govern use of our online store and purchases from JiangHome, subject to all rights protected under applicable law. Our store is powered by Shopify.

1. Products and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product listings, including features, photos, options and prices. Product appearance may differ slightly due to screen settings or lighting. Please confirm your selected model, size, quantity and color before ordering. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if a material listing error is discovered. Paid orders that cannot be fulfilled will receive an appropriate refund.

2. Prices, Payments, and Orders

The price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is processed using methods offered at checkout. Orders may require payment verification and availability confirmation. We may cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including inability to fulfill or suspected fraud, subject to applicable law; payments already received for an unfulfilled cancelled order will be refunded.

3. United States Shipping

JiangHome currently sells and ships to eligible addresses in the United States only. Standard U.S. shipping is free with no minimum order value. Processing and transit times vary by product and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

4. 30-Day Returns

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery, including conditions for unused change-of-mind returns and resolutions for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping; for approved damaged, defective or incorrect-item returns, JiangHome covers necessary return shipping. No restocking fee applies. Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights.

5. Acceptable Store Use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store security, misuse personal information, or use this site for unlawful activities. Product photos, trademarks, names and descriptions may belong to their respective rights holders and are not licensed for reuse simply by appearing on this store.

6. Privacy and Service Providers

Shopify and other service providers support order processing, payments, fulfillment and customer support. The store's Privacy Policy explains how customer data is processed and the rights available to you.

7. Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes will not retroactively remove legal rights relating to orders already placed.
