Shipping Destinations

JiangHome currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery availability for individual U.S. addresses is determined during checkout.

There are no standard shipping charges for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing days are Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Our order processing cutoff is 2:00 PM Los Angeles time.

Orders placed after the cutoff may begin processing on the next processing day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Total estimated delivery: 4–9 business days.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
