At JiangHome, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

• Include its original packaging, accessories, and components.

• Have proof of purchase or an order number.

• Be eligible under the conditions outlined below.

Do not send products back without contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where available.

For approved claims, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

JiangHome covers the necessary return shipping costs for approved damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by the reporting period above.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or model, or simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For approved change-of-mind returns:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• All original accessories and components must be included.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• No restocking fee will be charged.

Original shipping was provided free of charge for eligible U.S. orders.

Return Instructions

To request a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer's address or the address on the original shipping package unless instructed.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not entered processing or shipment may be eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the applicable return policy will apply.
